Future Opening: Insurance Defense Attorney

A busy, growing Regional Law Firm has an immediate opening for an Insurance Defense Attorney. You will represent clients in legal proceedings, draw up legal documents and advise clients on legal transactions.
Responsibilities:
- Represent clients in court - hearings, depositions and mediations
- Prepare and draft legal documents on behalf of clients
- Advise clients on business and legal transactions
- Negotiate settlements for legal disputes
- Comply with all legal standards and regulations
Qualifications:
- At least one year of prior insurance defense experience
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Must be an active member of the Florida Bar in good standing
