Lōsh Associates, an Executive Search Firm, is seeking a dynamic, Full-Desk Recruiter to join our team. This role will join our Legal Recruitment Team and will primarily focus on Attorneys, Paralegals, Legal Assistants and other Law Firm Staff. The ideal candidate will enjoy working on both the candidate and client sides of the business.

- Must have at least 1 year of Agency Recruiting experience, preferably in the areas of Legal, Accounting, Finance, Professional or Executive Search
- Cold-call candidates and clients and enjoy working both sides of the desk
- Must be comfortable making phone calls, sending texts and emails
- Experience with sourcing tools (such as LinkedIn) and be knowledgeable in Boolean searches.
- Must be a self starter and be able to succeed in a fast-paced, highly competitive environment
- Ability to work with multiple levels within an organization
- Strong written and verbal communication skills are required
Compensation: Competitive base salary plus open ended commission structure.
Our office is based in Coral Springs, Florida. After initial onboarding, hybrid work set up is an option
