Construction Litigation Trial Attorney

Job Summary
We are seeing a Trial Attorney to provide legal counsel, perform legal research, draft documents, and litigate cases The ideal candidate will have civil jury trial experience. If you are a self-starter with experience in construction and/or insurance law, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities
- Develop risk mitigation strategies
- Perform legal research and extensive due diligence
- Provide legal advice to clients
- Prepare for and attend legal proceedings: hearings, depositions, mediations and trial
- Negotiate on behalf of clients
Qualifications
- Successful completion of a Juris Doctor (J.D. degree) from an accredited law school
- Active member of the Florida Bar in good standing
- Previous jury trial experience (civil)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
Compensation: $150,000.00 - $180,000.00 per year
